Made with a base vintage from 2012, this artisan Champagne is Tarlant’s signature cuvée. It has a delicate nose, but the palate is balanced and chalky with lovely notes of green apple, and a fresh, acidic crunch. The six years of ageing in-bottle before disgorgement adds depth and creaminess.
