Though it’s already delicious, this Premier Cru will be at its peak by around 2026. The Pinot Noir is scraped (removing any possible acidity and vegetal notes from the vinified grapes), fermented slowly, and given a traditional oak-barrel élevage. This gives the wine a relaxed tannic structure and an incredibly suave body – a perfect companion to French cheeses or charcuterie.
