The ethos at this lovely winery is simple: make wines which are natural expressions of their grape and terroir, and to keep intervention to a minimum. The results are wines which are charismatic and a joy to drink.
Their Cabernet Shiraz hails from the Clare Valley, and it’s a beautifully-knit blend from two vineyards in the northern Clare Valley; Armagh and Auburn. Expect rich texture and balance courtesy of the Cabernet Sauvignon, with a core of sweet red fruits and hints of spice provided by the Shiraz.
