Noble rot method is used to make this lovely dessert wine from Monbazillac village, on the left bank of the Dordogne river just across from Bergerac. Semillon, Sauvignon and Muscadelle grapes produce honey, acacia peach notes on the nose, Intense palate with ripe fruit, rich body, luscious with good acidity and a great finish. Great with cheese or fois gras.
