The Empty Quarter is a Shiraz/Mourvedre/Grenache/Tourignon blend from McLaren Vale. Glossy purple fruits, mulberry and dark cherries, sweet sage flower sit balanced with savoury notes of aniseed, cured meats and some pepper. Juicy palate of blue and dark fruits. Fine, long tannins.
