Domaine Faiveley was founded in 1825 by Pierre Faiveley and has remained in the family for seven generations. Now managed by Erwan and Eve Faiveley, the estate is made up of vineyards in some of the most prestigious appellations throughout Burgundy.
Their Bourgogne Pinot Noir spends 12-14 months in oak, helping to develop fine, rounded tannins which are both well-structured and pleasing. With a beautiful ruby colour and pleasant, fresh red fruit flavours including raspberry, mulberry and cherries, this is a rich and well-crafted example of why Pinot Noir calls this part of France home. It is a superb match for nibbles, especially charcuterie and lighter cheeses.
