This is a classic Pouilly-Fumé – elegant citrus fruit and characteristic mineral notes. The combination of fantastic terroir, adherence to long-standing family tradition, and strong passion for wine, all show through. This is hugely enjoyable on its own, but also makes for a versatile pairing. Seafood and Loire Whites are a match made in heaven but this wine suits scallops, monkfish or even a Loire goat’s cheese and crusty bread.
