From one of the leading producers of the town, this is a distinct style reflecting the terroir. The Chenin Blanc grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain their freshness, then pressed immediately and left on their lees in the tank for 11 months. Dry and elegant, with green fruit notes, a crisp finish, nice body and minerality.
