The Hemina was the amount of wine the monks of Abbey Pannonhalama (and other monasteries across medieval Europe) were allowed to drink each day, despite being supposedly teetotal.
This blend of Viognier, Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc has a floral, herby lime and citrus nose. The palate is nicely creamy, a touch smoky with some honey and stone fruit finishing dry and mineral.
