Le Gaminot is a blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, Aligote and Chardonnay. Fun and interesting wine to try indeed. Nose is fresh, with red cherry, violet and blossom. On the palate, the wine is bright and fresh, with notes of red plum and cherries with a touch of spice. The vines are cultivated using organic agriculture with biodynamic treatments and following the lunar cycles in each of the processes. The wine ages for 12 months in used French oak barrels and bottled without fining and filtration or adding SO2. Enjoy!
